Summertime Prime Rib Special
The Sierra Restaurant is pleased to announce our latest promotion - The Executive Chef's Prime Rib Special. This summertime special begins Friday, May 17, 2013, and will run nightly from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm until further notice. (The Prime Rib Special is only available in The Sierra Restaurant).
The Chef requires the prime ribs to be slow-roasted for over 5 hours, so when it’s gone….its gone!
Children have their own menu and can entertain themselves with complimentary crayons.
