Wedding Venues

The Grand Ballroom is available year round.  With it’s floor to ceiling windows, the ballroom provides breathtaking views of the Sierra’s Trees & Mountains. The Ballroom has the ability to be broken into three different sizes, making it perfect for any size wedding.

The Outdoor Pavilion & Lawn is available from late spring to early fall. With the Pavilion’s white fairy-tale look & surrounded by a floral garden, it has been a favorite of brides. It also provides a shade in the summer, without taking away the scenic views or warm breezes. The Outdoor Pavilion & Pavilion Vista Lawn provides an elegant outdoor venue with an extensive view of the Sierra National Forest and lush lawn.

The Counties Room & Lawn is available year round and features scenic views through double glass French doors that open to a terrace patio, surrounded by flowers & trees, perfect for outdoor wedding options.

Wedding Packages

With our Buffet & Plated Packages, your guests will enjoy butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, an elegant dinner with four-diamond service, complimentary champagne toast, cake presentation on painted plates & gourmet coffee service.  Our wedding packages also include: complete tableware, stemware, guest tables, chairs, sound system, microphones, dance floor, cake table, gift table, guest book table, staging & a variety of elegant linens for you to choose from. 

Wedding Ceremonies

Tenaya Lodge will accommodate your wedding ceremony any time of the year. Included in the ceremony fee is the ceremony site, use of our pro sound system, microphone, and classic white folding chairs (outdoors) or plush banquet chairs (indoors), staging and an arbor setting. A mutually convenient rehearsal time may be scheduled the day prior to your ceremony.

Wedding Details

Tenaya Lodge also offers a variety of décor items for a nominal rental fee, which include: ivory satin band chair covers, ivory satin band napkins, crystal beaded napkin rings, silver lacquer chargers, ice carving vases, and flowing chocolate fountains.  Also, the Wedding & Events Sales Manager can order any color or type of décor, linen, and theme items for your wedding.

Guest Rooms

Our Wedding & Event Sales Manager will generate a letter of agreement for your guest rooms. The letter of agreement will guarantee your attendees a rate that is valid up to 30 days prior to the wedding. Your guests may then call our reservations deparment and book a room by referring to the name of the wedding party or book online with your own personal wedding group code.   In addition, the bride & groom will have a complimentary upgrade to a Spa Suite, and per 100 guests attending the reception, the bride & groom will receive one night complimentary for the Spa Suite, two night maximum.  Complimentary Valet Parking is provided for you & your guests.
