Since its opening in 1935, Yosemite's Badger Pass ski area has been a favorite vacation spot for generations of winter lovers. Today, California's original ski resort in the spectacular Sierra Nevada is still one of the best family-friendly places in the area to learn to ski or snowboard - fun for every skill level. Badger Pass also offers tubing and cross-country skiing.

My family spent a week at Tenaya and had the time of our lives. The lodge was full of activities and helpful advice. We have great memories and pictures from the Tenaya and surrounding areas-it is near everything we wanted to do. We rafted, went horseback riding, rode the train and went to Bass Lake. We will be back!
