INDOOR VENUES
The Grand Ballroom can be divided into five sections and additional meeting facilities include a dedicated 16-seat formal boardroom, 1,000 square-foot Counties Ballroom, and 2,575 feet of pre-function space. Additionally, the Outdoor Pavilion & Pavilion Vista Lawn is available from late Spring to early Fall, providing an elegant outdoor venue with an extensive view of the Sierra National Forest and lush lawn.

OUTDOOR VENUES
Summerdale at Tenaya Lodge
Visualize a journey back in time to a bygone era before modern day technology replaced the simple pleasures of sitting by a open campfire under a star-filled summer evening sky, enjoying a cold brew, and feasting on a hearty meal prepared over an open fire. Summerdale is a special event area designed to celebrate the history of the century old town of Fish Camp. Complete with Rustic cabin and deck in an open wilderness setting, this outdoor banquet site features an open fire pit, picnic tables and a small amphitheatre. Tenaya Lodge guests will enjoy live entertainment while a bountiful feast is prepared and served.
Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad
Located two miles from Tenaya Lodge, take a narrated trip along the tracks of logging history on a historic steam train ride. Meeting guests can travel on a one-hour excursion through the Sierra forest. The Logger Steam Train is available for daytime events or special evening charters. The one-hour ride is complemented by a delicious outdoor barbeque and entertainment by the Sugar Pine Trio around the campfire. Surprise your meeting guests with some wild west excitement featuring masked hold up men on horseback or even try gold panning with an old time prospector. This unique Yosemite experience is offered on a limited basis, weather permitting.
Jamboree at the Pack Station
A horse drawn wagon will pick up you and your guests in front of the hotel and deliver you to a century old "working" pack station. Picnic tables, a roaring campfire, singing cowboys and s'mores are yours for the evening. This area will accommodate groups of up to 120 people and can be expanded to up to 200. Check with our conference service department for availability.
