Pet Friendly Information
To show our appreciation for our four-legged friends, we have created the "Canine Companion", accommodation for guests and their dog. Our canine guests will receive complimentary doggie treats and a supply of "poop scoop" disposable mitts.
Pet accommodations include a plush dog bed and water bowl, and a Canine Concierge fact sheet with fun suggestions on pet friendly areas to roam, as well as doggy do's and dont's during your stay.
Tenaya Lodge takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and pets, so we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
Pet Policy
A non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged for pet rooms, for any dog, any size. At this time, we only accept our canine friends.
Two (2) well-behaved canines per room are permitted for the $75 fee. Guests may have a third dog in the room for an additional fee of $25.00. Service animals are always allowed. Pet owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs should they be required.
Pets must be declared at check-in. In consideration of all hotel guests, pets must be attended at all times. Your pet cannot be left alone in your guestroom.
The Canine Companion accommodation is available for you and your best friend year-round; however pet-dedicated rooms are limited so it's a good idea to book your stay well in advance. We strive to only have 5 dogs in the hotel per day.

Pet Rules
In consideration of all hotel guests, pets must be attended at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended in guestrooms. The concierge desk is happy to arrange pet walking and pet sitting services. It is recommended that these services be arranged in advance.
Around the lodge, please keep your pet on a leash, or for small ones, in your arms. Animals may not be allowed to run free, for their own protection, as well as the safety and comfort of hotel guests and staff.
Please do not have your pet accompany you to meals; health regulations do not allow them in food service areas. When walking pets on the property or in the Park, please be considerate of other guests and clean up after your pet.
Services
Dog sitting and dog walking services are available at $10 per hour. The service requires a three-hour minimum and usually requires advanced booking.
