While Melanie’s career as a hotel industry sales manager has taken her from urban city hotel groups to lakeside and mountain resorts, her focus has always been on corporate clients. During her 20-year career, Melanie has seen plenty of change, but one thing that has always held true is her commitment to a rapid and accurate response and no-nonsense approach during negotiations.
An avid traveler, Melanie visits England frequently and has also been to cities in China, Europe and the coastal regions of Spain and the Balearic Islands. She finds traveling leaves her with an appreciation for impeccable service and true hospitality and strives to bring both to every one of her clients and their guests.
Melanie’s passions include her family and pets (not necessarily in that order) and, of course, travel both in the U.S. and abroad.
